Thoughts, emotions, condition — all they form our reality. Our reasoning is limited to ideas, certain knowledge, and beliefs.

Meditation helps to go beyond the existing system of thoughts, to see everything from a different perspective. People say they get a fresh look on the old things or gain new insights during the meditation.

Going deeper into the meditation we get experience of a different degree is — state that is free of thoughts. The mind calms down and our mind activities appear to us in a new form — they become the reflections of our state. That is, we begin to perceive fluctuations in our mind as movement of our energy.

Many see meditation as a departure from reality. On the contrary, meditation is a state of perception of reality but in its subtle form, causal. Meditating — shifting focus from the outside to the inside and moving away from gross forms — we discover the nature of the world. And then we gradually acquire the ability not to lose the connection with the subtle manifestation of the Universe in our everyday life.
